What Are Ear Seeds
Ear seeds are tiny, bead-like devices that are non-invasive and require no needles, making them a comfortable and accessible wellness option. Ear seeding is a form of alternative medicine called auriculotherapy or ear acupuncture.
These seeds stimulate specific pressure points on your outer ear to support your body’s natural ability to heal. Based on TCM, these points are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in your body.
The ear serves as a microsystem of your body, containing reflex points linked to overall health. When pressed or massaged, the seeds stimulate these points, releasing endorphins and other beneficial chemicals that may help:
Enhance circulation and energy flow
Alleviate stress and anxiety
Manage pain and reduce inflammation
Support the body's natural healing process
TCM identifies over 200 ear acupoints. We use a selection of these acupoints, applying gentle pressure with our fingers and thumbs instead of needles. Ear seeds are placed on key pressure points and remain in place for 3–5 days before naturally falling off or being removed by the user.
